Identical apartment at the residence has a sitting room with one exclusive sofa bed including one pull up bed, a fully equipped kitchenette with four electric hotplates, refrigerator, mini-oven, dishwasher and coffee maker, and bathroom with bath and washbasin and separate water closet in some apartments. All have air conditioner, television, and telephone set. Two-room units have a separate sleeping room with double bed.
